Acceptance of Terms

Your access to or use of any HaulHavenn Store service constitutes your agreement to abide by these Terms of Service together with every applicable federal, state, and local statute and regulation. Should you disagree with any portion of these Terms, you must refrain from using all HaulHavenn Store offerings. Any individual who accesses the services on behalf of a company or other organization confirms that they hold the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Use of the Website

You agree to use HaulHavenn Store's services exclusively for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless HaulHavenn Store has granted you written authorization to do otherwise. The following conduct is prohibited:

Product Information and Pricing

HaulHavenn Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability information accurate and current. Should an error arise concerning product details, pricing, or availability, we retain the right to rectify that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information, at no cost to you. For goods that carry natural variability (such as handmade items or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are supplied for reference only; HaulHavenn Store cannot guarantee that products are free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, pickup location, and chosen time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order remains subject to product availability and acceptance by HaulHavenn Store. We retain the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these Terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched or collected at pickup, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your selected delivery zone and time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement for purchasing such items in your jurisdiction, and valid government-issued identification will be required at delivery or pickup. Should an item in your order be out of stock, we will contact you before dispatch and may propose a suitable substitute or refund the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content on HaulHavenn Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "HaulHavenn Store" name and branding — is the exclusive property of HaulHavenn Store and is safeguarded by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any HaulHavenn Store content without our explicit written consent. User Responsibilities

Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of HaulHavenn Store's services shall first be submitted to HaulHavenn Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

HaulHavenn Store may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Should we make material changes to these Terms, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice by email to the address associated with your account, or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
